Classic Mint Julep
Classic, refreshing mint julep to serve on a warm day
Ingredients
- 5 mint leaves
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2½ oz whiskey
Instructions
- In a silver julep cup or Collins glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the whiskey.
- Top with additional ice and add a mint sprig for garnish.
- Enjoy!
